Remove twitter message on branded page

We don't use Twitter. I can not remove this message on my branded page. Please remove it and perhaps offers the possibility for an organization to create a box (or none at all) at the platform and give it a title of there own.

Choose Optional Additional Sources in Tools

Could it be possible to set 'Additional Sources' in tools to start 'not enabled'? It would allow us to create a 'toolbox' of our resources, however some are so prolific we would want them to be 'Opt in'
