I wanted the Library Support Assist Message only for after hours. Rather than manually set it on and off, can we set the message for certain hours that is not constrained by the date (as the current settings allow).
Suggested solution by the client:
Administrator should be able to set up an Assist Message without a date restriction, and they can set up the message to be re-occurring.

For example, administrator should be able to set up an Assist message to be enabled only between 5 pm to 5 am every day/weekday
