Configure multiple Assist messages on the same domain

Today I configured some assist messages with information on OA publishing for our university members. For some publishers the publishing cap for 2022 has already been reached and a different message should be displayed.

Therefore I wanted to configure the following:

• authorservices.taylorandfrancis.com/: “ZHdK offers financial contribution to cover the fees of Gold Open Access books, book chapters and journal articles.” Start date: 2022-10-24 19:00, End date: 2022-12-31 23:59
• authorservices.taylorandfrancis.com/: Members of ZHdK can publish open access free of charge in all journals of the publisher Taylor&Francis. Start date: 2023-01-01 00:00

This seems not to be possible as I get this error message: The url has already been taken.

It would be helpful if two messages for the same URL but different time spans could be configured.

Suggested solution by the client:

To allow multiple assist messages to be added on the same URL but for different time frames

      Hi Simone, thanks very much for the feedback, I'm really happy to say that we've now released this improvement - you can now add multiple Assists on the same domain for different timeframes.

    Assist message for multiple domains

    It would be useful to be able to add multiple domains to one assist message. For example. I want to add the same message to ChatGPT and Copilot but as far as I can see I can only add one domain to a message.
