Set to display onboarding on wildcard url %db=mdc%

The URL we use in our catalogue/Database list is http://search.ebscohost.com/login.aspx?authtype=ip,shib&profile=ehost&defaultdb=mdc&custid=s8993828
which includes the database identifier db=mdc

However, this resolves to https://web.p.ebscohost.com/ehost/search/advanced?vid=0&sid=74c6e1bf-81b2-40b3-b68d-f6e01a9163aa%40redis

Suggested solution by the client: To be able to deploy Libguides on EBSCOhost unique URLs

Explanation from LL: EBSCO Host URLs are very inconsistent. Therefore it isn't easy to use wildcards. Any workaround/solution for this will help many clients
