Concerns: Because the dashboard administrator manages four different LL accounts and they have similar config. Ideally, they would like to be able to set up, for example, one assist message and that can then be applied to all four accounts.
Temporary solution suggested by Clare: I have set up the client to have multiple dashboard access from one single account so that will at least help them to not need to sign in and out between the dashboard.
