Issue: Pubmed is the most important database in the biomedical field. They found that when searching on Pubmed, the result page will undoubtedly display multiple result. At this moment, Open Access Alternative would kick in for the very first article (because a DOI has been detected). However, as mentioned, the search result page indeed has multiple DOIs and the extension should either offer multiple Alternatives result for Article level, or simply do not offer any Alternatives result at all.

Please note: as a temporary fix, I have blocked the search page URL for any Alternatives response. Hence, to replicate this, please use an alternatives account to test.
