Customise introductory wording for Cite function

We would like to be able to customise the wording that introduces the new Cite function, so that we can add any institution-specific guidance for our users when using the Cite function.

We'll be working on improving the 'new feature banners' as part of our continuous product improvement theme of work in the coming month(s), and we'll certainly take the need to customise wording into account. New features only message via institution itself

It's annoying when Lean Library start giving messages in our pop-up's. Leave it to an institution themselves to add it. Build that in the platform of the organization themselves to decide to put it in the pop-up or not.
