more text formatting options in the popup message editor

The editor for the content of a popup message only allows bold, italic and links right now. Adding Paragraph options, just like in assist messages, would be nice. Also justify, bullet list, etc.

Get Citation - add to pop-ups on full-text articles

Add the Get Citation option to the "Success!" pop-ups. Because researchers may want to read the article before deciding to cite it, any Success pop-up message is a good location for getting a citation.
